About the Role:
As a Decorator Helper at DecoByka, you’ll be an integral part of our event setup and breakdown team. You will assist in setting up decor, arranging furniture, placing centerpieces, and ensuring every detail is in place to make each event a visual masterpiece. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event decor including flowers, furniture, linens, drapery, and lighting
- Help organize and transport decor items to and from event locations
- Ensure that decor elements are placed according to the design plan
- Work with the lead decorator and event team to ensure the event space is set up to perfection
- Ensure that the venue is left clean and organized after the event
- Follow all safety and company guidelines during the setup process
Requirements:
- No prior event decor experience required—training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Physically able to lift and move decor items as needed
- Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
